The caliper picture is fuzzy, but it looks like it reads 5/8' for the top of the T-slot, which is the common size for that sort of mill. A set of 5/8' T-nuts with 1/2' studs and 1/2' flanged hex nuts should be very easy to find. You probably will not find 5/8' T-nuts with 3/8' threads. In this example, the T-Slot Block being used to hold mulitple extrud-ed aluminum frames. The machine table shown is a small 34 X 16 size table. The extruded aluminum is 20mm X 20mm X 762mm. On the T-Slot Block, work stops, and clamps are pre positioned. Remove the work pieces and the T-Slot Block can be removed from. These plates have three T-slots for use with T-slot nuts, bolts, and setup studs. Fixturing Tables Add components such as clamps, brackets, stops, rests, mounting plates, fixturing squares, risers, and V-blocks to build fixtures for welding and assembly.
